How To Make Black Kutsinta with Dulce de Leche dip





Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cassava starch/flour 
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp lye water
  • 3 tsp black food color
  • 3-4 tbsp powdered milk(optional)
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 tsp pandan extract(optional)
  • 600ml dulce de leche

we need:

  • 2oz molders

Instruction:

  1. Lightly grease molders
  2. Bring 1 liter water to a boil
  3. Combine cassava flour, all purpose flour, brown sugar, black food color, powdered milk, water, lye water and pandan extract. Mix well
  4. Pour onto the molders. 1/8 cup
  5. Steam for 10-15 minutes over medium heat
  6. Let it cool
  7. Remove from molders
  8. Serve with dulce de leche
